How would i start an online magizine?

I wan tto start a magizie but i want to start off on the internet (i dont have money to print a lot of magazines...yet).

Pretty much its gonna be a bit like complex with style culture and cool people and stuff like that. So herres what i need help with

1) Where would i put it. I guess i could make a PDF (in photoshop?) and then upload it some where but is there a tutorial on how to do that and could i upload it to facebook or would i need my own site?
2) Any tips on coming up with a clever name?
3) What type of stuff would you like to see in a magazine like this

create a facebook page, tumblr, twitter, anything you can. the pdf is a great idea
