Of all of the things of the world we don't understand, the mind of a teenager is in the top ten. Most teenagers lack one thing: identity. This is a time for them to discover who they are, where they fit in with the world, and what they are going to do with their lives. Between becoming sexually mature, high social involvement with their friends and peers, and the constant desire for belonging, it is common - extremely common - for teenagers to follow a bad crowd, and, more obnoxiously, be proud of their actions. Thus, they flood their Facebook page with all the vulgarity you despise.

As with many answers alongside mine, I can assure you that one of two outcomes will become of this girl and guy you mentioned: they will either open their eyes to the real world, straighten up, and act civilized, or, the more likely scenario, remain...as they are, but, as time passes, they will become more and more distant from you, as life for them becomes more and more difficult because of the hardships they brought upon themselves for not making the right decisions in life. There are reasons why they sit you through those many stomach-churning lectures about the use of drugs in school: no good can come from them. I stand in agreement to that statement.
