Any moron could shred his argument. Tyranny can come from both democracy (tyranny of the majority) and government. He seems to love government tyranny. It is far better to be in bondage to a document limiting governance than to be in bondage to an all powerful government with no constitutional limitations; isn't it?

He is a sad, utterly contemptible fool.

I certainly don't agree with him at all. But these hateful answers, from conservatives, come as no surprise. They too are against the constitution. Except when it benefits them.
