How do you get a celebrity to notice you on twitter? How do you get them to tweet you or follow you?

You tweet them A LOT! & then they might tweet back or retweet.
Most of them don't follow back.

Why would they, unless you were tweeting something unique that everyone notices....they don't know you personally....
