If a guy follows you on twitter and adds you on Facebook when you didn't tell him ur name does he like u?
I see him around my neighbour hood since I was young and Idk how he found out my name and stuff! He stares at me when I see him... He's not creepy and all... Is he interested? Would guys do this?
