How do I know who gets texts every time I post something on Twitter?
is there any way for me to know who is subscribed to my updates by getting them sent to their phone with twitter?!? thank you.!
like i am subscribed to receive texts for certain people that i decided to follow and get texts from every time they post something on twitter. so is there a way to know...

1. They have to be following you
2. They have to have enabled the feature in Twitter that enables them to get a text.

I don't think they send SMS for just normal tweets, that would be a ridiculous amount of texts.
However, if someone messages you or Mentions you, then it might text them.
