How to make a page on my tumblr blog that goes straight to my facebook or twitter?

I have a tumblr blog, there's a pages i can add to my blog by clickin on (customize- pages- add a page)
i want when i add a page named (facebook) to go straight to my facebook profile. how?!

Simple Really

Go on your tumblr blog, logged in.

Click "Customize" on top.

On the sidebar scroll down to "pages" click "+Add a page"

New window will pop-up

From drop-down that says "Standard Layout", select "Redirect"

After PAGE URL, enter fb or anything you like

"Redirect to:" here you have to type your facebook link.

Hit the box that says "Show a link to this page"

Click create page

and save on top

Here you go all done
