What are your thoughts on this Men's Rights Manifesto?

Wow, if they did all that stuff, I might actually be willing to give women another shot as my equals. Of course, they'd fall flat on their faces anyway, but at least I'd give them another chance.

This is a real gender issue type question. I agree with most of this - certainly that the "military be staffed by people who apply voluntarily". I agree there should be male shelters - but they should be segregated because you don't want to further traumatize already traumatized people.

Getting rid of all affirmative action would only work if it can be shown that hiring practices are indeed fair, which most of the time they are not. So often some types of people are never hired simply due to prejudice - this is why affirmative action exists. People who make hiring decisions are human and are not always colour or gender blind. If this can be overcome in some other way, it might work.
