Battle.net account locked with no way in.?
So I think I managed to lock my account for suspicious activity by accidently using thw wrong password 2 or 3 times.
I followed to guidelines to reset my password, but for security reasons I have to enter my first and second name. I cannot remember if my second name is registered with my account, but I know that my first name is, and I have even checked my old email of when I first registered with Battle.net that my First name was correctly input. But it would not accept it, I tried all possible spellings of my first and second name and it still wouldn't work. I tried to submit a ticket for help but I have to sign in to do that. I tried getting help via the Live Chat, but I cannot get into it, every time i input my problem they tell me to send a ticket (which i can't do) or phone them (which I also can't do for a couple of days). Is there any other way to get in touch with blizzard at Battle.net and get this sorted? I have tried emailing their support mail, but they don't respond to that now. Ads |

You could try to call them:
https://us.battle.net/support/en/ticket/submit 3rd option is "Phone Support" Click that when it doesn't say "Lines Full" |

Have you taken a look at : https://us.battle.net/account/support/lo...pport.html Alternatively, you can visit: https://us.battle.net/support/en/ticket/submit As far as i know, Blizzard Supports does not require you to log in to submit and/or contact the team. Only when you have submitted the ticket by logging in before, then you will need to log in again to see those tickets. |
