Cyber-Bullying, Stalking and Harassment Claims?

I understand that Cyber-bullying is an act that has to occur between two children. But I've come to terms with the concepts of Cyber-stalking and Cyber-harassment; which involve an adult partaking in a number of acts that may come under some of these definitions. I have recently acquired a number of friends on Twitter who are of the same 'fandom' as me (large groups of fans with an interest in the same actor, athlete, musician etc.- of which you probably already know the meaning). Seeing as it is Twitter I've never really met them, but they are very nice people and I am sure they are real. A lot of us are in our teens and under eighteen so we classify as minors. Anyway a number of us have been recently under attack by a man (who I found out was 30 from one of his tweets) who commits the act of cyber-stalking in the form of making threats in pertinence to false accusations which including claiming several teenage girls are 'men and known sex offenders.' As of date he has never personally attacked me, but I have seen his tweets and videos and am honestly quite scared. He has several accounts (you can tell cause they all have one similar feature- a name) that he uses to force young people of our fanbase to say irrelevant, dishonest and inappropriate things about the people we are fans of or else threatens to make false accusations about us. I have read several of his tweets in response to some people complaining about him saying that he 'loves trolling us losers for fun' and 'he trolls their fandoms' cause 'it makes him 'lol'. But honestly I did a bit of research and his actions are under the definition of cyber-stalking. He claims to be a 'Roadie' for the people we are fans of and often makes false accusations about the people we are fans of, as well as forcing us to tweet and support his accusations otherwise spreading false accusations about ourselves. I mean, yes, there are people that hate our fandom, but this guy affects us as individuals too claiming to be a fan in his videos and mocking and ridiculing the real fans. I know a lot of you will just say it's not my problem and block him and whatnot but he will just keep attacking other members (we are a large fanbase) and find ways around everything. Plus the things he does to other people really make me sad and I'm sitting here, shaking, whilst contemplating whether I should be reporting him or not. What I do know, however is that he and a large majority of his victims live in the US, and I in Australia. However in both our countries the regulations against cyber-stalking are extremely serious and serious crime should be reported. If this is a case for cyber-stalking please give me some instruction and if I can't deal with it, having not been a victim myself and living in a different legal system please give me some information I can pass on to victims of this guy, cause honestly this has got to stop. Please help me?

People need to come to terms with the fact that bullying, harassment and stalking are all just the same thing.

They just give it a different name when children do it because they don't want to think their little angels are actually little demons.

The anonymity of the internet just invites a bunch of jerks to harass and irritate people. Bullying others because they are depressed about their own sad and miserable existence. When they cause others to feel miserable gives them some type of satisfaction. People are much more cordial to each other when the interact face to face. I would consider making the group exclusive to keep this type of rift raft out.

If they cannot behave themselves and act in a civil manner then their must be repercussions.
