Does anyone know of a reliable and up to date terror threat advisory system on the internet? I have yet to find one that is actually up to date, any sources?

nobody knows how that ridiculous system actually works. including the people who came up with it.
to quote one of my favourite comics....here is a much simpler system
level one...buy a helmet
level two....put on the damn helmet
