umm yeah i think he likes you
he may have just been saying/doing those things because he was trying to be nice. but that's unlikely.
he deff likes you.
and maybe he just doesnt want to do some things because it would be innapropriate since he was your music teacher.
just try to talk to him more. don't be shy. be confident.
if you know where he's gonna be one time, try to go there too, and act surprised when you see him and start talking to him, and hopefully you'll get closer and you'll get to know him more.
