 And yes, I used to have the same One Direction problems. Well, first you should stop trying to thinking about them fifteen minutes before you sleep. This means, DON'T open anything that relates to them. Just read a book or study..  And why you love them? I don't know. I have my reasons:~They are great singers ~It's fun to be in the fandom ~They are attractive ~They are fun ~And I just do!

its one direction infenction! I have it too!! i think Zayn een said there is no cure for the infection, i read that somewhere in a magazine lol.justright before bed try thinking about your day, what was the best part of it, and try doing things thatdont relate to one d like planning your school outfits for the week, write a story of some sort,texting friends or even haging with them at the mall. it usually helps when i do stuff like that. hope i helped, and always stay a directioner!!
