I have dell dimention c521 desktop with dell st2210 hdmi lcd monitor.when i start my pc d monitor shows no hdm?

the lcd native resolution is 1920x1080
that means it only works at that resolution and may BLANK
if the resolution is NOT used.

however you have not told us which cable you are using.
the LCD has VGA,DVI,HDMI sockets but the pc only
has a VGA connector.

so what cable are you using?
and have you fitted a graphics card to the pc?

My name is Krishna and I work for the Social Media and Community Team at Dell. Assuming your Dimension has only a VGA connector, you cannot transmit signals from VGA to HDMI unless you have a converter.
