what does あとさあとさ (atosa atosa) mean???

I'm Japanese.
It's slang. First sight, I didn't understand it at all.
When I google it, I could find some phrases some girls use on their blogs or on twitter.

It's a slang young girls use.
When you speak a topic and you wanna add information more.
They use that phrase.

Kind of "And and".

For example, He is so cool. And and he is tall, and and he is very kind!!
atosa atosa

ato = after, late sa = slang (just a sound)
