If I download a photo from facebook, will the owner know it?

I download a photo from a friends' facebook photos, to edit and make fun of it tomorrow at the school. I don't want my friend to know that I downloaded her photo. Will she receive notification or such?

Just open the photo on facebok right click it and click save as, That way they wont know at all
