Google images have no concern with Facebook pics rather real or not. What you can do is to add that girl as well as boy with some other fake id and see what's her responce.. well in that way you can get she is real or fake otherwise this image checker is useless stuff

It will take some time. Also Facebook makes it harder every day to find those it doesn't "think" you are connected to. Also if it is a program or Bot, and not a real person, generally you might get one message from them, but those "phishing" on facebook tend to move on if they don't hook you in the first time. I have noticed, the message will be the same but it will only be one time. If it is a real person trying to contact you you will get a bunch of different messages perhaps, or just different and not a bunch.
