And by that, I don't just mean the usual facebook, twitter, tv, pop music etc., I mean stuff like...don't celebrate Christmas (assuming it's not due to religious reasons, they simply don't see the point) , don't celebrate birthdays. People who don't care what others think. I'm not referring to someone who takes pride in blatantly different so they can be pretentious...just someone who simply doesn't care for the things most people take part in/do...

I need specific adjectives or nouns, so not 'unique'

idk i think what would best fit what your describing would be nonconformist. but you may want to consult a thesaurus.
