Random ads keep popping up on my computer...?
One day I got on to deviantART and an ad popped up in te bottom left hand of my screen. I tough tat it was weird considering that deviantART doesn't have ads like that. So I refreshed the page an it wasn't there anymore. Then yesterday and today these random ads for random places just keep popping up, even when I'm on Facebook and YouTube, neither of which have pop up ads.
Some oe please help me! What's wrong with my computer and how do I fix it? I have scanned my computer with Malwarebytes and it found a virus. I cliced remove and it said that it removed it and I restarted my computer. But when I ran Malwarebytes again, it found the same virus again, in the same place, so I just keep removing it and it keeps popping up anyway!!! What else can I do? Ads |

Use "ccleaner" software to clear out your browser cookies and cache. Use Mozilla Firefox browser as it provides security and stability. Also download superantispyware software and scan your computer for regularly..

Try this:
Junkware Removal Tool: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download...oval-tool/ AdwCleaner: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/ This video shows the products being used: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dvnGAjWNSuk Once you’ve run them, download the free version of Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, to try and ensure that nothing has been left behind. Install it and get updates, then run a full scan: http://www.filehippo.com/download_malwar...i_malware/ Hope this helps. |

I think that you’re dealing with the google redirect virus. If I’m right you’ll experience the following issues:
• You can’t navigate to certain web pages • Redirect a web browser to suspicious websites when the user enters invalid address or performs a web search like doing a Google/Yahoo/Bing search. • Track user’s internet browsing practices, file addresses of visited websites and mail gathered data to some distant server. • New foolbars or Favorites are set up or added with desktop shortcuts and backlinks to webpages that you simply do not want or not. • Modify the important internet browser options, lessen the default security degree and include undesirable or insecure resources to the trustworthy sites list. • The browser retains redirecting you to some suspicious website/s and all of the search results like Google search results and Bing search results are directing to porn websites. • Adds keep popping up on visited pages The signs are variable and according to the progress phase of the google redirect virus. That’s why it’s hardly recognizable at its initial stage. Concerning the solution, you can try this: • Check Local Area Network (LAN) settings • Make sure that DNS settings are not changed • Check Windows HOSTS file • Manage Internet Explorer add-ons. Remove unknown or suspicious add-ons • Use TDSSKiller tool to remove malware belonging to the family Rootkit.Win32.TDSS • Scan your computer with some anti-malware software like ComboFix, for example. • Use CCleaner to remove unnecessary system/temp files and browser cache • Reset your Router back to the factory default settings If you can’t handle the problem, I suggest using safe and trustworthy application as the 1 I've provided in my source. The Google redirect virus automated removal deals with malware infections that result in Google redirect virus signs and symptoms and are so difficult to detect and repair. Best Regards! |
