I never received my renewed health care card (Centrelink)?

I just realised that i never received my renewed health care card from centrelink. I am still eligible and my address is up to date but i still haven't gotten it.
I can't go into centrelink because the closest one it too far from public transport where i live and i cannot call due to mobile service provider issues. Is there a way online to request a resend?

Hi Natalie, I work with the Department of Human Services in a team that responds to questions about Centrelink payments and services on social media sites like this. You should be able to renew or replace your card online. You can find information about how to do this here: http://www.humanservices.gov.au/customer...f-claiming
As long as you're registered for online services, when you log on you can use the "Request a document" option. Hope that helps!
