apache, mysql, and php are free, set those up, develop your website, and you're good.
there are also free webservers out there that already have AMP setup.

i forgot what the book is that sjhows you how but why dont you look for one in the book stor or even the library ,am sure you will find one

look up "free website hosting" or "free web hosting" (without quotes) on google or bing, and one of the first things that shows up is http://www.free-webhosts.com which is a big list of free hosting sites. then google "website generator" (without quotes) or look up a website scripting html tutorial to make your site. html is simpler than you think, and microsoft word can save a word document as an html file to create websites and web pages with ease, the only thing i CANT help you with is uploading your content to a site (i have never done so myself, mostly because i wanted the perfect host to host my content), but some website hosting providers use online tools to help upload your material. good luck!
