The Center of Science and Public policy or some crap.
The same people who got behind the law to ban happy meals in San Fran lol. They issue was it "tells people vegetables are bad". Which tells me, they think people are too effing stupid to know how to get up in the morning. Food police If I was the CEO of Taco Hell. .I'd laugh at them and tell them to F off. |

They received complaints from many groups and individuals, probably because they thought it was unprofessional to air a commercial that ridicules vegetables to an alarmingly obese American public

They didn't HAVE to pull that ad. They CHOSE to. They got attacked all over Twitter by health-conscious people. Can't say I disagree with their decision since so many kids watch the Super Bowl.

The science community started attacking them and others followed.
You're right. People do need to lighten up. That's the point. |
