Does anyone know how to track down the source of a photo?

but I have no idea how to do it correctly. I need to find the person who took this photo to ask for permission to use it for something. I am sure it is not copyrighted, but still

The one thing you can be sure of, it IS copyrighted

Since this comes from Wordpress.com, your best recourse is to contact them

Wouldn't it be easier just to take your OWN photo? It is such a simple subject/set up, you could even have it in focus plus YOU would own the copyright.
