What is the psychological diagnosis of conservative extremists?

I have a few Facebook friends who believe literally Obama is basically every crazy thing he's been called over the past four years -- Socialist Tyrant, Antichrist, Muslim, Kenyan, Communist Dictator.

They believe in most political conspiracy theories about Benghazi, healthcare, gun control, etc.

What would this type of person be diagnosed? I there some term more specific than "paranoia" or "delusional"?
I knew I was taking a risk asking for this kind of advice in a place where these types tend to congregate, but I think it was worth it (got some answers) and necessary (didn't know where else to go). Thanks!

Please cite an example of conservative extremism that could not be matched tenfold by actual extremism committed by Liberals!

Look at the atrocious Occupy movement. Not even Liberals take it seriously anymore. They're messy animals. Rape, murder, and theft were committed among them.

No, you can't. Liberals say simply tossing ideas into the air is 'extremism,' meanwhile, their side of the isle, rapes, murders, and assaults those in their own camp.

Paranoia and Delusional certainly apply, but I think there's more to it than that. Conservatives are belligerent and willfully ignorant. I don't know if zealotry is a condition, but I think that certainly applies.

The psychological diagnosis for left wing extremists is Paranoid Schizophrenic.

Perhaps what you are calling a conspiracy is a direct manipulation inside the US govt that has been exposed and is intesively working right now., and not to the best interest of the people who elected these officials .. and it goes against the constitutional processes of which our nation is founded on.

There is a sizeable subset of the modern conservative movement who truly believe with every fiber of their being that President Obama was born in Kenya, is a closet Muslim who hates American and secretly plots with terrorists, and is a communist (even though most of his policies have been to the right of Reagan). Unlike the mythical Unicorn these creatures do indeed exist. I know several of them personally.

The clinical term for these folks is - batsh!t crazy.

Since they are only capable of employing the Chimpanzee part of the brain there is nothing that can be done for them except perhaps put them out of our misery. If ignorance is bliss these are the happiest muther effers on the planet.
