He deeeeefinitely likes you. He was just trying to downplay it by saying "kinda" in case the feeling wasn't mutual. Hope I helped! Smile

Hes just shy. Guys are sometimes shy because they are afraod you dont like them back , so.. by kinda they mean like.. they DO but they just say kinda so like if you say i dont like you they would be like : well , i said kinda it doesnt mean i wanna be your boyfriend . or something like tht. hes just shy or nervious that you say no or you dont like hem back
