For what does employer google people's name in Google search results to find information? If anyone experience, you may explain. What happens if the employer does not hire you?

If you have a public social media page (like facebook) it may be telling as if you're a good fit. Plus there are a lot of public records, news reports, arrest reports, lawsuits etc that can be found simply by Google'ing your name.
If they don't hire you based on what they may find - you're probably not going to get a lot of help. Unless you can prove it was based on discrimination, such as your race/sex/disability you're really not going to be able to do anything. Best of luck! http://www.thinkdigital.ly |

Why?, because they are too cheap to pay for an exhaustive background search, just hope you don't share a name with some nut job.
FYI California just passed a law prohibiting employers from requiring their workers to give their social network account passwords. |
