What happens if you click on a facebook link that is spam?

Hi! So my friend's facebook account was hacked, but I didn't know this. So it said that he posted a video on my wall, and I clicked on it. I later found out that it was spam and that he was hacked, so I immediately changed my facebook password, and I am also running a virus scan on my computer. Is there anything else I should do?
