What did he mean by 'kinda'?

probably just nervous. The fact that he said it on Facebook is evidence in itself that he's nervous. Don't know what to say about the profile pic "likes", probably just trying to get a message across if the profile pics are of you.

it means he kinda like you. just what he said. dont over analyze things. hes starting to like you kinda. if he would have said ''maybe im starting to like you'' then he wouldnt be sure about it. but you know now goo for it

I can't be too sure but if he's a shyguy then 'kinda' usually means 'really'.
If he's the out-going type who's been round and about with everybody and their mother than 'kinda' means 'kinda'.... 'nough said.
