NUKE IT. Here are some things you can do. Get as many flash drives as possible for music, pics, misc shit that you wanna keep. and just re-install windows. There you go fresh start. If you dont have the CD then your SOL (Shit out of luck). Just go buy it again if your that desperate.

Download Malwarebytes and Combofix from a clean computer. Boot into safe mode no networking. Install and run each from there.
