How did youtube get my picture?
With all the new youtube changes came my thumbnail picture and it is a picture of me and my husband, yet I never linked my youtube account to any of my other social media accounts and have never uploaded a picture to youtube. When I post a comment, I have no picture as a thumbnail, but when I am just browsing, at the top right of the page next to my screen name there is a picture of me and my husband, it's pretty creepy! How did youtube get this picture (that I have only uploaded to FB) and how do I take it down!?
**I do have a google email with the picture on there as well, but I didn't add that picture there either haha and I never joined google+! Ads |

Youtube is linked with Gmail, so if you have that picture on gmail it will automatically do it for youtube aswell.

Hello!
YouTube is linked to your Google Account (Gmail, Google+). So if you set a picture on G+, your pcture on YouTube on the top-right hand corner will show that picture. >To remove this: 1. Go to https://plus.google.com/u/0/ > View Profile 2. Pan your cursor over your current photo 3. Click "Change Profile Photo" Edit: Go to Gmail and remove the photo. |
