you could try using witch hazel which is good for cuts, rash and insects bites. it helps even out skin tone so that might help. you can get it at any Kroger or drug store. If you want to hide it now then get some make-up spray for legs. Also found at Kroger.
Other than that you need to find a dermatologist

Are you pressing too hard when shaving? Do you shave them with shaving cream? Do you make sure your legs are wet when shaving? If you answered no to any of those questions, that's probably the problem.

Deodorant! I use it on my bikini line (thats where my shave bumps occur) and it works tremendously. Find a kind that says its good for shave bumps! Also if you dont shave dry and put conditioner/shaving cream it should help a lot.

Razor bumps occur when a newly shorn hairs grows back to re-enter the skin. As it continues to pierce and embed itself into the skin, a bump will appear as a sign of injury.

Ingrown Hairs occur when a newly shorn hairs is cut in a way that the hair grows beneath the skin's surface. As it continues to grow under the skin, a bump will appear as a sign of injury.

If it's not any of these you should see your doctor for help.

If it is RB or IG, here's what has worked for me:

Pre-Heat with a hot towel or hot compress.
Exfoliate beforehand for 1-2 minutes to scrub away dead skin cells and dirt.
Hair grows in different directions, usually downward but double check to be sure as the hair grows in various directions around the body.
Shave with the direction of hair growth (usually downwards) with a single or at most double blade razor.
Use a very light pressure being careful never to pass more than 1-2 times.
Exfoliate before bed and in the HOT shower next morning.
Use mild after shave balm; organic, non-stinging kinds are best.

When it comes to razors: buy ones with 1 or not more than 2 blade razors. The more blades the more irritation.
The more passes you make with the blade in one direction, the more irritation. Solution: fewer blades, fewer passes. This prevents ingrown hairs and razor burn.

If you like more info, our facebook page is here to provide you with the most useful advice when it comes to preventing this disease.

------------------------------------------------------------------

Several factors that cause RB & IH are:
1. Poor Shaving (shaving upwards against the grain, shaving with too much pressure, shaving with a dull used blade, shaving too frequently)
2. Incompatible hair removal method (your skin is unique and could be reacting porrly to heavy waxing or lasering)
------------------------------------------------------------------

IH removal:
1. wait for the IH to grow a bit. We know it hurts to have an IH growing under your skin but if the hair is too short, extricating the hair will prove difficult and you'll cause way too much mirco-tears in the skin trying to locate it.
2. Carefully use a sterilized darning needle or sterilized needle-nosed tweezers when doing Step 1.

We have an exfoliator coming soon that can help; just google WIZKER.
