Is he just a flirt or does he think I'm something special?

Okay, so a little more than 2 years ago, I moved next door to this guy named Bryan. After a few mobths, I started liking him. I've had a huge crush on him for more than 1 year now and I'm wondering if he likes me back...

Now and then, he flirts with me. He'll always try to find a way to touch me, whether it's tapping my shoulder or kicking my foot, he tries to annoy me. He also teases me about things, like being really mature and intelligent for my age and other general subjects like that.

But, I know for a fact he's a huge flirt. It's just his personality. He even has 8OO+ Facebook friends and more than half are super pretty girls. He's had plenty of girlfriends but I know he's not a player. He's sweetheart deep down and I feel like he sees me differently than other girls. He used to call me his little sister, but brothers don't flirt with their sisters, you know?

Are these signs that he sees me as a potential girlfriend? If so, how do I respond to show I like him back? Points to whoever posts the best answer!

Well if he calls you his little sister then I don't really think he likes you in that way think of it from his point of if you said that he's like your brother would you like him like that ?
I could be wrong Mabey try to flirt back and see how he responds to it

My thinking is the same,he called you his little sister and sisters can't be girlfriends!
