Why does my monitor have 'red snow'?
My Dell LCD monitor shows flickering red snow wherever there is supposed to be black, and other colours don't display quite right, even when no source is connected. Is this a problem that can be fixed, or is it done for?

Thanks in advance

Hello James,

I am from Dell Social Media and Community.

I saw the sample image and it looks like a LCD issue more than a driver issue.
Please follow the link below to find the troubleshooting steps for problems with Monitors.

You may also try to update the driver from http://www.support.dell.com to verify if this is just a driver issue.

If this has not helped you or if you need any further assistance, feel free to message me on Twitter(@NiranjanatDell). I will be happy to assist.
