Should I break up with her?

If she has depression and she is distancing herself from the people she loves tell her parents. I dealt with depression too and that is never a good sign. She might be planning on hurting herself and needs help.
If she gets help for her depression (it could be a chemical imbalance that can be fixed with medication like mine was) she might be able to go back to the way she was before when you first fell for her. Please don't feel like she doesn't want you or care about you, be there for her and get her parents to get her the help she needs before something bad happens.
