That they value this individual's skills, and think he is a good match for the job.

They think they are picking the right person for the job.
Nationality should have no bearing so long as the person is competent.
The message they are sending is that there is no English person suitable to handle the job.
We will just have to see.

It means Goldman Sachs is getting a tighter grip on Britain and all of Europe. Mark Carney is a "former Goldman Sachs investment banker". "Carney spent thirteen years with Goldman Sachs in its London, Tokyo, New York and Toronto offices." "Carney met his wife Diana, a British economist specializing in developing nations, while at Oxford University. She's said to be active in various environment and social justice causes." Diana "worked for two decades in overseas development, focusing on policy to support sustainable livelihoods".

Some of her Twitter comments:
"See our 2011 report: end universal child benefit to lift kids out of poverty"
"Barry Rabe extols the virtue of the BC carbon tax Economics of Carbon Taxes"
"So much talk about the fiscal cliff. Excited to hear what Larry Summers has to say about it this afternoon."

Here is what Kurt Nimmo from Inforwars says about Summers:
"Summers believes more spending and public debt will fix an economy destroyed by his bankster buddies on Wall Street." "Larry Summers is not merely a clueless Keynesian who believes the government will cure all of our economic problems. He is a cynical bankster operative who worked closely with Citigroup to establish the “new economy” that is now destroying the United States." - http://www.infowars.com/larry-summers-pu...nk-scheme/

Here is Justin Trudeau (Canadian MP) on her Twitter page:
"En mobilité intergénérationelle, le Canada fait bien, mais on a encore bien des défis au niveau de l’inégalité." (Intergenerational mobility in the Canada is doing well, but we still have many challenges in terms of inequality.)

The Telegraph:
New Bank of England Governor Mark Carney's wife: an eco-warrior who says banks are rotten
"Diana Carney has expressed sympathy for the anti-banking Occupy movement ..."

Government destroys the economy and then claim they know how to fix it. Usually involves taking more money from workers. The One World crowd knows no boundaries. The cap and trade scheme is the UN world tax to fund their Global 'justice'.
