Why do people think Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is innocent?

Because some people always want to go against the grain, or they want to turn it into something it's not. Like race or religion. Timothy McVeigh was not a muslim he bombed the federal building and was put to death. Dzhokhar is obviously guilty. He confessed to a hostage, he threw bombs that were just like the one's used at the marathon at the police, he even had bomb making materials at his house. Plus he's telling the police everything they want to know. He made some very bad choices in order to please his brother. The brother sounds like a real dominating character.

I'm sure he knew it was wrong but for whatever reason they had convinced themselves that it was justified which of course it isn't. Killing civilians is about as low as it gets in my opinion.

I believe he's innocent , but i also believe either his brother did something and he has nothing to do with it , because when the bomb went off their was someone on the roof while the two brothers were running away from the smoke, also there's a video of someone putting fake blood on the pavement , I don't think they did it , I believe they should question the two other guys with the backpacks who had a skull on their cap and also if he was really a 'terriost' why would he hide in a boat right beside his house? he would've been on the run , just a though I really don't know what happened but you never know
