Guilty and you are right, he was seen stepping out of the boat but he may have been injured all the same.

That picture of him stepping out of the boat was filmed with night vision cameras. Everything is gray. Yet however he looks pretty weak and dishevelled. His hair does look like it is caked in blood. However the camera seems at least 30 or 40 feet away. Just how can you be sure that there was not a drop of blood? I'd say the opposite with what I saw.

Test it in a court of law.

What makes you think you will ever got to see any evidence before it is tested in a court?

The biggest problem with this is conspiracy nuts with no idea how to run an investigation are let loose on the web with wild and inaccurate claims. They delve into places and pictures and show a stunning lack of intelligence. Then others pick up on it and spread the stupid.

Now on the flip side the police will run an investigation that stands an excellent chance of reaching the standards a court will require to examine the evidence. Unlike the internet warriors with no clue trampling over evidence (if they ever saw any evidence in the first place). How many have been incorrectly identified by the herbets wannabe internet gods?

All this business of "does not look right to me " "does not add up" etc etc is infuriating when you read it on forums. It is infuriating because the authors are showing themselves to have no clue but they are unable to grasp that.

What do I think? See the first sentence. Take it to court where real lawyers and real investigators will test it not people who could not prove that the earth moves around the sun.

<< He looks totally screwed in that.

There isn't a whole heap of actual evidence to say he is guilty or innocent. But I find it difficult to believe that he is innocent. All the conspiracy theories I've heard, seem quite bonkers.

There are two witnesses who saw him place the back pack on the ground where the explosion occurred. One of the witnesses said Dzhokhar looked at him right in the eyes as he placed the back pack down.

Also, when looking at the still frames of the videos you can see him carrying the very same back pack on his shoulder.

The evidence is quite compelling. He will be found guilty.

Well, the fact that the FBI and Russian Government have been suspicious of the brothers for a couple of years.
And the were filmed standing right where the bombs were placed.
Then there was the gun fight and the grenades they threw at the police.
There was the shot of him lying in the boat with paramedics attending him.

I think we have to accept the police statements and not look for conspiracy theories.

I share the same viewpoint. WE SIMPLY HAVE NOT BEEN PROVIDED WITH EVIDENCE PEOPLE.
I'm sorry but I'm not assuming he is guilty based in what the media is telling me to believe. Your example of him walking out the boat with no injuries present is a great example. We have not heard from himself yet neither.
And based on his twitter and people who know him personally he seems like a genuinely good person.

He's innocent of not bombing the Boston marathon.

Well for one thing, until there is a trial and he's actually found guilty, he's innocent
But whatever comes out of this the FBI is already known to entrap people. They give them the means to carry out terrorist acts, supplying them with the weapons, providing them with the plans, assisting with the actual staging etc., all with the aim of preventing that actually taking place by say replacing real detonators with fake ones at the last minute. All so they can be arrested and jailed for attempting a terrorist act
We're talking about people who may never have had the means to do this without FBI help or may have only thought about doing it until the FBI probably talked them into it by showing them how easy it was and then helping them
So it's perfectly feasible this was meant to be one of those entrapment set ups which may have gone wrong
But aside from the time the FBI have apparently been "in touch" with the older brother I'll make my own decision based on what happens next
The US creates excuses to justify invading foreign countries but they've also been using these to steadily take away the rights of citizens
And funnily enough we get this from the New York Mayor today about how the interpretation of the constitution must change as a result of the Boston bombings
http://www.theblaze.com/stories/2013/04/...-bombings/
What we saw in Boston when everything was shut down and forces carried out searches was the closest thing you'll get to marital law which is against the constitution
And now this Mayor is talking about taking away people's constitutional rights in order to let them have some freedom
Hmm...
