How do I see a password I typed even tho I didn't save it?

Sorry so I'll be straight honest, my friend wrote both his username and password to log in his facebook on my computer, he didn't save his password but his email was still there, so I'm think that his password can still be found since his username was saved. So can I find it by searching a certain something something on the information on the page or if there is any other way like something that could see what I previously wrote on the site?
