my facebook wont work..?

everytime i go to the website it says that there was a problem and to either close the program or try and fnd the problem. it does that everytime. and same with my youtube. whats wrong with it and how can i fix it? someone please help if you know for sure?

This can be because of problem in Adobe Flash plyer both fb and Youtube uses it for streaming vids and its plugin for rendering their pages.

update your flash player and java (if you have java installed)

then clear your cache and cookies, and reboot your computer

if you still have problems, try it using a different browser or a different computer to help isolate the problem

I think you're using google chrome as this problem is frequent in chrome...firstly, if youre using its beta version, uninstall it and install final (fully developed) version. Install latest Adobe flash player. Clear cache and temp internet files (you should use Ccleaner developed by Piriform, download from http://www.filehippo.com ).
