I tryed to look them up again but it won't even show me on other friends facebook. WHAT DO I DO

You can re-friend him/her the same way you did the first time. But if you can't find the id, he/she must have blocked you. Also he/she may have changed his/her profile name. So look carefully. But if you really can't find, you must got blocked.`

I'm guessing they may have blocked you if you can't find them in a search when signed in from your own account. In which case there is nothing that can be done until the person unblocks you. Then you will be able to send them a friend request.
