You can't really copy a font from another website then put it here. If you copied this then pasted it here then it isn't a font, the letter "a" is just symbol.
If you want to use the symbol then the code is ALT+224. You would type "224" using the number pad located at the right of your keyboard. Note that some keyboards don't have number pads. Also note that the numbers will not appear when typing, the symbol will appear once you leave go of the ALT key. |

those are character entities, and facebook doesnt let you use them anymore |
