when i tried to sign up in Facebook it showed my email address has been disabled..... why?

In any case, you can contact Facebook support to get these technical issues resolved.

it was probably disabled because you broke the rules - there are lots of rules, like you arent allowed to create more than one account, you arent allowed to advertise your page on other pages, you arent allowed to use a fake name or a fake age

Was your Account Disabled Before ? If So your Account is Done you Can Not Resign up Again With the Same Email Address Either you have to Start a New Account with a Different Email Address
