According to James Watson, co-founder of DNA, proposed that the races are not inherently equal. Do you agree?

I have no idea, never having studied the subject. All I or anyone else can go by is to look at conditions in Africa. I know the standard argument, colonialism has destroyed any chance for Africans to get their act together. I'm sure it played a part, but, they had thousands of years before the first European set foot in Africa and there have been many generations since the last colonies became independent. How long will that excuse work.

According to scientific studies, there is only one race, the human race. As a rule people with a higher IQ will have more of an advantage over someone with just an average or slightly less than average IQ. We know that the environment, social interaction and economic advantages, as well as genetics, influence an individuals IQ level. For example, children who are home schooled or their parents just don't bother sending them to school, score dramatically lower on IQ tests than those who have graduated from high school. If a parent does not value education the child won't either and will be unmotivated to improve their life. The point that I am trying to make is that many things influence an individuals intelligence quotient.

What is intelligence? When the Whites came to this country they almost died but were saved by the Indians, in that case who is more intelligent?
