My case is similar to yours.i was in a relationship for 5 years.Then suddenly due to distance problem it broke.She now love someone else.It almost 3 years after the broke up and still i wish she come back to me.Yeah it was very much painful in the beginning but now time healed me totally.Now i do not think about her all the time and move on.

So do not worry your pain will be healed.Do not know how much time it will take in your case.May a year or two but i can assure you that you will be ok.
