How do I make a post public to everyone on Facebook except to one person?

1. when you share a post/picture you can choose if you want it to be public or just open to some people on the button that says Public, next to Post.
2. if you want all your posts to be hidden from that person just block that person in settings.

When you Go to Post If you Haveint Posted it yet on the Bottom Click on the Current Setting Than Go to Customize add That Person to the Restricted List than Click Post This Will Apply it towards That post

if its Already posted To Change the Setting Go To that Post Click on the Current Setting its Usually Under your Name Than Do the Same Thing Click on Customize than Add The Person to the Restricted List
