How do I get Unique URL to my facebook page?

I don't like the current one. Its too long and consist of some random numbers. I want it to be changed to a unique name. I've already tried going to this site. Please give me a step by step procedure. Even how to enter the desired url. Thanks in advance.

Goto your 'General Account Settings' and there is an option of creating a Username, Create a Username and you will automatically get a unique URL of your FB account.

1) Log in to your Facebook account





2) Type http://www.facebook.com/username in the browser address bar.

If you didn't set username for your profile then some suggestions will be offered to make a username. If you have multiple page a drop box will be available to choose your desired page.

A text-box is also its right side to enter your desired name. After entering the name, push the "Check Availability" button. If the entered username is vacant, a confirmed box will appear . Just confirmed by clicking the button. Facebook page name is .
