Can anyone please tell me what this message means?

It could mean anything, someone could be ddosing a website and it's down because of that, also administrator could have set a limit of connections..

it's a server error....
a server is a computer that serves packets of information to users on a network error means something went wrong so a server error means something went wrong on the server |
