How do I sign in to facebook from different device without birthday or phone number?

I changed internet providers and when I try to sign in it says it doesn't recognize the device I was using. it gave me two options, enter birthday or send a text to my phone. The problem is that I forgot the year I put for my birthday and the phone number I put was old and doesn't work anymore. What can I do to sign in?
