There is no way. You will not know if they add you onto their close friends' list.

You can't. Why would you want to do that? I have an idea why....when you're on someone's "Close Friends" list, they automatically receive your status updates

What you should do is create an "Acquaintance" list of those particular friends [as you stated, 'some']. By doing that, you'll be able to exclude them from posts that you do not want them to see Or, you can exclude folks, individually too.
