Employers have been known to do that, personally I believe that it is an invasion of privacy and don't think it should be allowed.

I don't think employers should, but from what I've heard, some do check Facebook. Facebook profiles should be for personal use. You just have to set your Facebook privacy so that random people can't see what you've written.
I also read just a couple of days ago about an app that can "clean up" your Facebook posts. It's called Exfoliate and it's for Android. |
